Risk factors for developing triple-negative breast cancer

My mom died three weeks ago- TNBC. It was a short but very difficult fight. The cancer has spread to the lungs. I just wish you all to get well and keep fighting!😢

My daughter died also with tnbc exactly 3 months after being diagnosed she was only 33 yrs old. We are all left devastated

Eric you are absolutely correct. I have seen thus in my mother's case she suffered from TNBC recently despite a family history and BRACA 1 mutation she was in stress and sad state of mind. we all should look into the emotional side as well.

I have this cancer at 78 never thought i would be in this situation at this stage of my life. Iam a real fighter have one more week of radiation ... they hhave a trial i will be on when i finish radiation. Ihave high hopes for the best

I had triple negative breast cancer. I had both breast removed June 2019. In the same breast where the cancer originated I had pain and a stretching sensation for more than a decade. I saw many doctors and had multiple mammograms. Each time they told me there was dense tissue in the breast and the sensations I had was caused from caffeine. I do not drink coffee at all, rarely eat candy, rarely drink soda. How was it caused from caffeine? No one had a answer. After decades of this I was diagnosed with tnbc and it had spread to 5 lymph nodes. There has to be a link between the breast pain and stretching sensations I had all these years. I was a pipe welder for decades. I welded a lot of exotic metals including stainless and hex chromium. That’s the only toxins I was around. No one seems to be interested in the things that lead up to me being diagnosed with tnbc.

Draggin-UP Sometimes it feels like we are talking to the wind. Trust me, I know more than I want to. TNBC 2014/2014 Stage 3b now with Lung issues. Cancer continues to be dormant, but being unable to breathe & tachycardic is no fun either. On inhaled steroids. Not a previous smoker. R

How are you now, my sister is suffering from TNBC. She had just finished her 3rd chemo. Any Advice would be appreciated. Doctor has told to take 6 chemotherapy & then operation
