I'm an RN. 40 years. I have been noticing in recent years that people have had a tendency to give IM injections too high. I got a flu shot in the joint, anteater really hurt for a long time! Then, when I got my 1st Moderna, it was given by a pharmacy tech, and I had to request he give the injection lower than he had planned. He was not identifying landmarks correctly.

Thank you. Yes SIRVA is about improper administration. I found the bandaid from a flu injection later in the day and was completely amazed at the location. The pain built up over the next few days, and I messaged my doctor's office that I was having trouble moving my arm, and was told not to worry. They did give me an appointment when I reported increased in pain and difficulty moving two days later, but did not see me until a week after the injection, and just prescribed over the counter anti-inflammatories. Long story, lots physical therapy, and I am much improved but fear I will have chronic low pain and arm problems.

The land mark for deltoid injection I was taught in nursing school was Place the heel of your hand at the bottom of the deltoid, where it attaches to the upper arm, spread your index and middle fingers wide to form a V, inject in the middle of the V formed, this is the safest area of the deltoid. No more than 1 " needle length in arm, depends on size of patient.

@@PhoenixBaby96Yes, some variables, but the Land mark reduces risk of hitting nerves or veins. Nurses were able to use discretion according to their training, which took into account the size of the patient, the route ordered, intradermal, subcutaneous, intra muscular or intervenous, the amount of medicine to be administered, and the size of the patient. You could change the size of the needle used or site according to size of the patient, if necessary. That is why nurses are trained. Right route, right dose, right site, Right sized needle appropriate for the patient receiving the medication. It has never been a one size fits all world.

@@lcunningham1776 Training is key. I think a big part of why there are so many new occurrences of SIRVA is because there have been "pop-up vaccine stations" in various places with Lord knows who administering them. My mom has what I'm pretty sure is SIRVA, her complaints fit the bill. She went to a pharmacy to get both shots, and after the second shot, she noted that he seemed to have injected it a little high up, and it hurt her afterward far more than the first shot. Her shoulder has been giving her fits and being all locked up ever since.

My surgeon said I had such severe bursitis and he didn’t know why. I ended up with a frozen shoulder right after surgery and it severely impacted my ability to work because I use my arms a lot in surgery. The pain started after I got my annual flu shot!!!! Year after year after year and after awhile that adds up to many people with shoulder injuries. Study just how effective flu & pneumonia shots actually are and it's disappointing. Certain candidates over 60 might be helped personally but with pna its not really a cost effective public health intervention. Unfortunately people 65 and older don't have as robust a response. Most healthy people under 50 don't need a flu shot. Now 4 shots just for CV?? Many vaqs in the pipeline and CV is like boot camp to get people to normalize vaqs use. Its simple payola more than public safety allegedly according to reviews. If one is wise dont accept one size fits all medical care, especially with pHarma and bro$ pushing their bottom line.

My neighbor now has a condition called essential tremor, her hands shake really bad, she lost weight, she could hardly get a fork to her mouth. I do not think she even has made the connection, she did not have it before the shots. My brother has a blood problem he did not have before, and a friend got breast cancer. I read over a year ago that Sloan Kettering did a study on mRNA shots in 2019 that showed they disabled the body's ability to suppress cancerous tumors. I should have screenshotted it, because look it up now and they claim it is not true. Also, check out all of these damned medical associations are claiming that children having heart attacks is normal and that babies will have heart issues due to climate change. The liars are using all kinds of excuses to cover for the horrific damage to humanity from this unnecessary garbage. They did not even need a vaccine, there are therapeutics that work and they have been banned so they could push this crap on people. The WHO changed the definition of "pandemic" in 2009, they took out the words about massive numbers of deaths. The USA had 58,144 more deaths in 2020 than 2019. The LIARS claim that hundreds of thousands died. The WHO also changed the definition of "vaccine" 3 times, and now they changed the definition of "herd immunity". There is a book by Dr. Mercola about covid, it explains how the PCR "test" cannot diagnose anything. Look up Dr. Kary Mullis, he invented the PCR test, it was never meant to diagnose anything, only to magnify samples for lab testing. The whole thing is a scam. There is an illness, but not what the liars claim. In NM there were 14 suicides that had covid listed as the cause of death. It is really sad how humanity has been scammed by this disastrous hoax.

I have been saying this since the V roll out started. I went with someone when they were getting the V and noticed they were using same needle size for everyone regardless of size. I am not a medical professional but because I know one plus one is two, unlike the top medical professionals and organizations apparently, I said something doesn't seem right. So then within 5 minutes I googled and found literature about needle size, and unsurprisingly, found that top medical organizations are not adhering to common sense and the literature. When myocarditis happened, I remember the Japanese study about parts of V going throughout blood stream, I connected that back to the articles I read that young males as a demographic have least fat around deltoid region, which means they would be most at risk for overpenetration and thus hitting blood stream. So I hypothesized that might be causing the myocarditis. Then there was a study that showed the V was given to mice in the blood stream and they developed myocarditis. But 2 years on and the top medical organizations are still totally clueless about this. Unfortunately I am not surprised at all.

In the video, the doctor clearly and repeatedly explained that shoulder injury from vaccination can happen from ANY vaccine, most commonly the pneumonia vaccine. It's not unique to covid vaccine, so unless people opt for no vaccine injection ever, then there's always going to be a risk. And for everyone who saw a drop of blood after the covid vaccine injection, have much more than a frozen shoulder to worry about for the next three years.

Thank you for presenting this study about the shoulder conditions after C19 vaccine. Because I never had problems with muscle pain in these particular areas of my arms before, I know, the vaccine is the source, and I find it very upsetting, that medical professionals (GP, MD in hospital, etc.) don't take patients, who present themselves with health problems, they didn't have before taking the vaccine, seriously, on top, even try to convince the patient, it's age related or not a physiological, but a psychological problem. This attitude is especially upsetting for people, who were blessed with good health, means, they only see a doctor for a yearly check up and never have been to hospital since they were born. Believe it or not, these people exist! I had my first M vaccine in the left arm (aspitated) and could only lift it up to my shoulder for three days and only with pain. I decided, for a personal field study, to take the second M dose (aspirated) in my right arm, with the same result: not being able to lift it up for four days further than my shoulder and having an ichy injection site starting from day two. About 5 months from dose 2, pain in my left arm came back, but not affecting the whole upper part of the arm, just a specific part of it, and till now it's painful for me, reaching back (e. g. putting arm in sleeve). Now for all, who give people, who took the vaccine, names or tell them, it's their own fault: there are people, who have to take the vaccine for reasons, that are nobody else's business, and I can assure you, a lot of them are, by no means, happy about having taken it, and I am one of them.

SIRVA is a result of any improperly placed vaccine or intramuscular injection into the upper arm. It is probably NOT about the vaccine content, as far as we know. My injury resulted from a badly placed flu shot, and there are records of SIRVA from long before COVID vaccines. I took my Moderna booster as soon as I was eligible, only 10 days following my injury from the flu shot. BUT I did make sure the nurse was very aware, very careful, and it was put into my other arm due to the severe pain in my left arm.... and all went well. My left arm is much much better after five months, but not completely pain free. However this is NOT a reason to reject all medical science & treatment!
@robrob5264

@@sandrastowell thank you for your information about SIRVA. The injection of the M vaccine was the hight, where I had all my former vaccines, and I never had experienced such a side effect to my other vaccines. What lets me think, that it's the vaccine and not a mal placed injection is the fact, that I had the same side effect in both arms and the injection spot was the correct IM spot, at least, conserning the left arm. If it is SIRVA, I hope, I'm a lucky one, who will recover fully. Btw, I don't reject science and treatment at all!

If the pain is through the arm and not just the joint it might be worth looking into potential neuropathy in her arms, especially now that the symptoms are bilateral. I remember a previous guest on this channel was confirmed to have small fibre neuropathy that they suspected happened because the injection went into a nerve (they also bled a lot after their needle). I actually have small fibre neuropathy myself, tho I developed it completely unrelated to the vaccines, but for a long time my doctors I thought I had widespread tendonitis in my arms, mainly due to my pain involving a burning sensation, something typical of inflammation but it’s also what nerve pain feels like to! Regular peripheral neuropathy is diagnosed by a nerve conduction study but the test for small fibre neuropathy is a skin biopsy. It’s important to make 100% sure your wife is diagnosed with the right condition, as in my case I got given the wrong treatment for quite a while (which meant it just got worse) before a new doctor I visited for a second opinion decided to look into alternative causes of my symptoms. The other thing to possibly consider is an immunologist, I know it’s been briefly mentioned on this channel before that some vaccine injuries seem to involve triggering the immune system to destroy healthy collagen/tissue throughout the body, damaging joints and nerves. The only treatment for that is immunosuppressants. Definitely worth a look into if new parts of the body start getting tendonitis symptoms, as that’d imply something is “spreading” and only getting worse. Tendonitis is meant to get better with rest, if it doesn’t, it’s worth questioning if the doctors have properly identified what’s wrong or not.

@@sueauger8715 This is NOT a result of vaccine contents, but a result of ANY improperly placed intramuscular injections. This kind of injury has been documented for years before COVID vaccines. Injections need to be properly placed into thick muscle in order for your body to absorb and distribute it properly. If the injection, with any content, goes into the bursa, tendons, or hits a nerve, the result is pain and problems. And this can be easily avoided by proper training, and careful administration.

Honestly it does not surprise me that women & the elderly are more affected by this. People are mostly more careful when handling children, and they use shorter needles. The previous article presented had these CNS symptoms for the COVID-19 infection: “… COVID-19 is associated with a host of symptoms that are related to the CNS, including loss of taste and smell, headaches, twitching, seizures, confusion, vision impairment, nerve pain, dizziness, impaired consciousness, nausea and vomiting, hemiplegia, ataxia, stroke and cerebral haemorrhage”. Dr. Mobeen, what could one expect if the nurse giving the injection does not reach the muscle(intramuscularly), but something like subcutaneously inject instead(for Novavax)? The reason I ask is that I think this may have happened to my girlfriend. She is overweight and has alot of adipose tissue on her arms. The vaccinator never felt her shoulder/pinch her shoulder to feel how big the muscle was. He just injected the syringe with shaking hands and injected very slowly. She has had a hurting arm/shoulder since, with a 10cm big swollen red circle on her skin and now 3 days where she also had nausea and headache. I'm a bit angry at this person, all I did was ask if it was possible to aspirate before injection, if not tha.......he cuts me off and immediately says "NO WE DON'T DO THAT, It's not needed". I reply "well, the science isn't......"was going to say settled but didn't want to provoke. He did a bad job with my girlfriend but then comes my turn. He also didn't feel my arm, but I don't have that much adipose tissue, he then injects the syringe almost like throwing a freaking dart but holding the syringe!?! Doing it very quick! I didn't flinch, but luckilly I didn't have a bad reaction like my girlfriend. What is wrong with people, all I did was ask a question and to make it safer for both of us just in case inadvertent intravenous injection is possible. That is no reason to treat people this way 😤

The current thinking is that SIRVA is strictly from improperly placed injections of any kind. A needle and a quantity of fluid into the bursa or a tendon cause damage, as would hitting a nerve. There is not much research about SIRVA however, and it seems theoretically possible that some vaccine contents might cause more problems than others...

In NZ we had technicians who had done an online course of a few hours, followed by an interview and if they passed that they had some in-person instruction on vaccination technique. They then went out to vaccination centres as vaccinators. There were 10 vaccinators at the centre I went to supervised. Despite the fact that my Pfizer vaccinator gave me a painless jab, I had damage to my shoulder which persists to this day, 7 mths later. Mr Dr believes the needle went in incorrectly and damaged a nerve. That, on top of other adverse vaccination events/reactions. I had novovax for my 2nd jab 10 days ago. Administered by an RN. No problems at all. Not even sore injection site.

A headache one morning, which paracetamol took care of. It did take 8 days for me to test negative. I wonder if it was so mild because I have been taking 4000iu vitaminD plus zinc for the last two years. Also, as soon as I realised I had Omicron and tested positive, I took quercitin 500mg plus 50mg zinc twice daily for 3 days. I also took 1000mg vitamjnC every hour for the first day. I was vaccinated with Astra Zeneca in Feb and then April 2021. I had bad fatigue as a side effect, which lasted about 10 days. That was awful and much worse than giving the virubus.

However this is NOT a reason to reject an effective and safe vaccine for a potentially deadly illness. If COVID mutations continue to become milder and less deadly, then maybe it will be time to weigh the risks vs the benefits. But not yet for me, as I am old enough to be high risk.

SIRVA is a result of any improperly placed vaccine or intramuscular injection into the upper arm. It is probably NOT about the vaccine content, as far as we know. My injury resulted from a badly placed flu shot, and there are records of SIRVA from long before COVID vaccines.

@@sueauger8715 I will use my own judgement and common sense: if new mutations are virulent and bring serious illness to many, I will get boosters. If mutations cause relatively mild illness in healthy people, and if I stay healthy, I may choose to skip boosters.

@@sandrastowell you need to read Pfizers Thousands of side effects (which are horrifying) report they tried to Bury for 75 Years. WHY?? You need to read more and get off your CNN or Global "news"

@@sueauger8715 Oddly enough all medications come with a list of possible side effects (note the word "possible"). Most make terrifying reading. Many of the uncontrolled herbal remedies would also have these lists if anyone was actually documenting the possible issues. Note also that crossing the street, or driving to the store, has some pretty grim possible side effects.

I suffered with SIRVA (shoulder injury resulting from vaccination administration) after my first vaccination. It was confirmed with CT. I've had surgery for torn rotator cuff and labral tear... Both the pain before and after surgery was not as bad as what I experienced for the following 3 months after vaccine. Within two days it was debilitating to the point I could barely use my arm, but did, so I didn't get frozen shoulder. I did not however hesitate to get my second vaccine. Moderna btw. This could've happened with any vaccine. As prior military and then civilian international flight crew I've had tons of vaccines... Not to mention my yearly flu. I've never experienced this before or even heard of it till my own personal experience in February of 2021.

Thank you for this, I feel a sharp tiny pain from shots, it hasn't gone away....been over a year. I feel I might have to live with it, but I never wanted to do this anyway, Thanks Society
