Research NLRP3 inflammasome. You need mega anti-oxidants to reduce this inflammasome pathway. Vitamin C, E, curcurmin, red/black pepper, etc. Methoxyflavones found in the rinds of some citrus fruit, specifically lemons, oranges, mandarins, grapefruit are especially helpful. Wash and dry whole fruit, freeze and then grate some into a glass of drinking water. Drink two glasses per day. These methoxyflavones inhibit excess calcium from entering the cell. This is very important to inhibit the NLRP3 inflammation so common with Covid spike protein and many viruses and bacteria. Also, get on a great vitamin with immune and antioxidant support. Good luck to you!

I developed chronic spontaneous urticaria six years ago after an insect bite while mountain walking in North Wales, it was a horendous time. I very rarely left the house for best part of four years, I couldnt get dressed as it was too uncomfortable, when I could wear clothes I had to wear them inside out so that there were no seams next to my skin, I couldnt sleep during the night. Steroids worked for a quick fix but then destroyed my stomach so avoid them. BUT the one thing that did work was injections of Omalizumab (Xolair) so hopefully this will work. I had monthly injection for around two years, if I missed any the Urticaria returned. Then due to the covid issue I was refused the injections due to it being an imunosupressant and luckily it is now in remission. I really feel your wife and what she must be going through but if the injections work as well for her as they did for me hopefully she will soon be ok.

As a mental health RN with a strong medical background, I fully agree! I have had to at times, almost staunchly advocate with firm persistence for my patient's who have had medical conditions arise while receiving treatment in an inpatient mental health unit. It is frustrating having to almost argue with certain doctors over the phone, to trust my assessment as a seasoned RN. When my suspicions and educated findings of certain medical symptoms (based on my assessment, including vitals and patient presentation) are clearly medical in nature and not "behavioral" or "attention-seeking," I get relentlessly fierce and utterly protective of my patient's and their rights to be treated inpatient and/or seen in the ER for their medical condition, which is sad that it has to get to that point. I can't tell you how many times I have had patient's tell me after recently seeing their doctor that he or she was going to change their medications after meeting them. Every single time I have called to follow up, after a patient has informed me during medication pass, it was always true and I had to change the order to reflect their recent conversation. So I have learned to trust (within parameters) my patients when they have made such comments. I have always appreciated those physicians who have had respectful, proper dialogue with me and are not abrupt and dismissive. Those are the ones who appreciate critical thinking and are able to respect my own assessment capabilities, as someone who has actively seen changes in front of my very eyes of working 8-14 hour per day (depending) with the same patient, while they only see the patient for a brief moment each day. Doctors, please trust and value your nurses and patient's alike.

Here here sister. Another RN her of 25years and like you say we have had enormous amounts of experience, we see our patients for the length of a shift or consult, where as a Dr spends 15mins and makes his/her assumptions and diagnoses/treatments to be prescribed and most of the time a patient is rarely comfortable with their interactions with their doctors and tend to tell us as nurses what’s really going on. I’m also a very pro active advocate and get angry if I see my patients not getting the adequate care they deserve. Doctors need to trust us more you are so right, instead of being dismissive, they need to be more flexible in their thinking and open to change and extra vigilant with their continuing education in order to give their patients the best possible care. I have recently been on the other side as a patient after a serious accident and I am appalled by the treatment I’ve had by many different Drs and specialists, no one listens and none of them cared, it was absolutely soul destroying. Keep on being a fantastic nurse our patients need us to fight for them x

I loved Dr. Cohen's comments here. It is remarkable how consistent the post-COVID/post-vaccine symptoms that he is seeing in the UK are with my observations as a neurologist on the west coast of the US. I have treated many people in the hospital setting, who had such severe POTS they could not stand without passing out. I have seen this syndrome disable young healthy people from other physicians to firefighters. The syndrome does seem to be occurring less in Omicron; we have not had hospitalizations for the symptoms in quite some time now. But many people are still suffering. Most of us in the medical field recognize we are facing an entirely novel set of diseases that we have no idea how to tackle. My concern is that we are going to see a wave of autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, which can take years to manifest, which we will not know how to treat. We physicians have to seek education on how to manage this outside of the mainstream medical community, unfortunately. I am hoping that research on post-COVID illness will meld with research on myalgic encephalitis (chronic fatigue). Thanks Dr. John I have learned so much from you!

It would start at my head and run down my body, making my face, then the side of my body numb. If I was walking, I would lose strength and either sit or would fall. When I described this to our NHS calling service, they sent me by ambulance to the specialist stroke hospital. Did all tests imaginable including lumbar puncture, and found nothing to explain it. Stroke was ruled out and I was sent home. I've not had the symptoms since or anything like it. But this talk of ambulance waits and full hospitals now has me swimming and taking brisk walks up our hill daily. Nobody ever mentioned the vaccine.

I’m pretty sure it’s a policy now not to ask patients if they have been jabbed when they present to the ER or hospital. My brother I law suffered a stroke 30 days after his first jab and wasn’t asked anything about being jabbed either. It makes sense that none of the medical staff wants to be responsible for making the connection between the date of jab and the onset of the symptoms. No one wants to be the one to have to report it to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System)

I am absolutely convinced that the quality of the food we eat is vital to maintain good health. That is, after all, the main way we import vitamins and minerals into our body. Modern farming, and food processing techniques are stripping these elements, and we are often eating "empty food", even when we are eating vegetables and fruit. Much of the land we use for growing crops would be unviable if not sprayed with fertiliser, and other chemicals. In other words, it is the soil from extensively used farm land that is in poor condition. How far down the rabbit hole should we go?

I have suspected for a long time that a large part of the western population is deficient in certain vitamins and/or minerals and the the standard advice: just eat a varied diet is not enough. Not only will most people not understand what is meant by a varied diet, you also have the problems of standard values, that are to low, like vitamine D and soils that are depleted of essential minerals. This should get far more attention in stead of just treating symptoms with medication.

I had neurological problems after the first vaccine, numbness, tingling and loss of strength in my arms and legs. now 1.5 years later I still have problems with my body that I never had before the vaccine. Unfortunately, I had to find a new job and sell the company I had built up with a friend. My life was completely turned upside down, I still have pain, numbness and tingling and get tired very quickly. never had any of these problems before the vaccine... and the doctors can't find anything after several MRIs and various examinations...

Dr Cohen confirming the importance of good nutrition - which is increasing appalling in our fast food society - but also emphasising importance of robust levels vitamin d, magnesium, B12 etc which can be easily corrected. More info and videos like this please john

This is so important. Where was all this knowledge during 2020? It's was buried long ago to cover for how they have destroyed the soils for greed. Taking out the good minerals and leaving so much toxic metals it ends up in baby food at harmful levels.. That ...plus processed foods have destroyed health to the point that supplements are required to even compensate for raw vegetables and such that are now devoid of nutrients. For no other reason than psychopathic greed . Now while some additives are bennificail for shelf life and have a purpose.. They have only turned any blessings into a curse. Like everything.. now including medical science. Great discussion . Dr Campbell has been absolutely extraordinary with his topics and guest lately. Thank you Sir.

Why is John the only person in the entire world reporting on these excess deaths? I cannot believe someone in the media has not jumped on this story. And thank you, John, for all of the information you impart to us .... just heard Joe Rogan mention you in one of his podcasts ... you are very heavily relied on by us to keep us up to date with all of the latest studies. I started watching you after my father had a stroke five days after his second Pfizer injection back in 2020. Thanks again for all of your hard work. It is very appreciated.

My mom basically stays home. All her sisters friends & neighbors are gone, so there was no need to get the vax but she listens to the tv channels that pushed it like a drum beat. She got it & I see a marked difference in her. She has pain in her leg & hip, walking is difficult. But she sees no correlation between the shot & her symptoms

Same with my father in law, his health has took a massive down turn since he had the jabs. 2 years ago he could hitch his caravan onto his volvo and tour the country, now he can barely stand unaided and has just had his driving licence revoked. He tells us that it's nothing to do with the jab but he won't have the booster?

Every time I hear stories like this if breaks my heart because this was totally me and everybody ignored how I was feeling my doctor would say it's anxiety. It was actually one of the most scariest times in my life when I had covid I didn't know whether I was going to pass out my heart rate would go up to 150 while I was laying in bed and then all of a sudden it would go back down to normal and felt like the bottomland dropout it truly would have been nice for the doctors to listen to me and understand how I was feeling but they didn't.

Nice to hear from a Dr who looks at the whole patient and does not just treat symptoms in isolation. Shame the majority of Dr's do not look at patients in the same way. Tell Edinburgh politicians that the human body needs meat as we as fruit and vegetables! The damage that will be done to the schoolchildren in Edinburgh from meat being banned in school dinners is frightening.
