Solid video! Love the bit at the end, Caz is a legend. You guys gotta be front runners for biggest growing channel in 2024. Not just the content but the editing the quality, it’s genuinely top notch. 👌🏻 We should all do a podcast together! That’d be mint

Well done Caz, that was amazing 👏 tell me, might be a stupid question, but are those climbs one way? What I mean is, there's no going back? It made me dizzy just watching 🫣 Then I thought of the guys who created the climb 😱 That was a great talk you gave us Caz, about taking control. As I have told you before, I've always had Asthma, but now in the last couple of years I've developed COPD, so I've had to learn about taking control of my breathing, calming yourself, slowing it down and trying to relax. Good stuff guy's, great watch as usual. 👍🐸

Thank you Simon. Yeh technically you could go back the way you came but it would be even harder than going one way. It’s good to know that you’ve learnt tactics to overcome as well. 👍
