I guess its a genetic lottery. It must be just one of those gens that trigger process of aging that has some sort of mutation that delays aging process. Unfortunately those genes are not 100% hereditary so it's a lottery if you get them from your parents or not. Queen Elizabeth the queen mother lived an incredibly long life. Her older daughter queen Elizabeth (THE queen) got those gens and died at 96, but her sister princess Margaret didn't get them and died at 71 when their 101 year old mother was still alive. What I'm trying to say is that Rita's secret is pretty well known but unfortunately it's not replicable.

@@freshname Well, Princess Margaret was a smoker. She began smoking cigarettes in her late teens and had continued to smoke heavily for many years thereafter. On 5 January 1985, she had part of her left lung removed. In 1991, she gave up smoking, though she continued to drink heavily. She experienced a mild stroke on 23 February 1998 at her holiday home in Mustique. Early the following year, she suffered severe scalds to her feet in a bathroom accident, which affected her mobility in that she required support when walking and sometimes used a wheelchair. She was hospitalized on 10 January 2001, due to loss of appetite and swallowing problems after a further stroke. By March 2001, strokes had left her with partial vision and paralysis on the left side. On 8 February 2002, she had suffered another stroke that was followed by cardiac problems. Margaret died in the King Edward VII's Hospital, London, on 9 February 2002, aged 71.
