Well, I honestly thought you were joking. To my ears it sounds like it's slightly out of key about half of the song. I think Rita Ora also noticed it halfway through the song, because it seems like she avoids singing simultaneously with her whenever she can. I've been doing music and playing piano for over 15 years, and I've accompanied a lot of singers. I know when something is out of tune. I'm not saying she's a bad singer, and as you said it takes quite some practice to be able to harmonise like that. I don't think this was her lucky day though, because it was out of tune at several points. Perhaps she was nervous.
