Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Khasi ko Bhutan. It is a delicious recipe of the fried goat intestine and the stomach. It is served during Dashain and Tihar.This fried goat meat is very popular in Nepal specially during the festival of Dashain. When goats are slaughtered at home, the intestine, stomach and lever are fried together and served to the guests as a starter. Fried goat meat is served with puffed rice, beaten rice and alcohol.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
800 gm goat intestine and stomach
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt (adjust according to your taste)
1 tsp cumin powder
1½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp black pepper
2 medium sized onions
2-3 green chilies
1 inch ginger
5-6 cloves garlic
Serve it with puffed rice or beaten rice with some green salad and pickles.
