It's only for guests of the 2 RIU resorts. It's private property.

Splash Water World is about 2 months old and it's located on the RIU property. RIU and RIU Palace guests have FREE access to it. We absolutely loved it!

We are going to the riu palace. 2 Adults and 1 child is about $6,000.

@@masonleffey763 The RIU Palace is definitely better than RIU Guanacaste. However, the price difference between these 2 resorts can be significant.
