Don't for get if it's supercharged make sure you don't forget to take the ribbon out to improve air flow

Not supercharged. Not much gain doing a ribbon delete on a TR-1. Plus you have to drill it out compared to other engines that you just pull it out.

Do ride plates magically install and uninstall or is there another video with the step by step install? Asking for a friend.

They are magic. Didn't you know? :) Had a hard time doing it with one hand and the tri-pod was not helping. 4 bolts with a 12mm socket just like the intake grate. Very straight forward.

I thnk you could have done the same with the ride plste as you did with your intake grate. Just got the one for the EXR..

You are right but I didn’t have enough concrete research to take the chance. The parts pics online didn’t help and I have yet to see some do a side by side of EX and EXR plates. Plus the factory EXR plate was still $165. Yes the Riva was $100 more but I couldn’t take the chance. Maybe someday I will order an EXR plate for the wife’s ski and compare. Thanks for the insight 👍🏻

How much faster did you go?

50 to 53mph but most of the improvements where handling not top speed.
