River Belle Terrace Premium Dining Package for Fantasmic | Disneyland

Waffles the Cat is a star! We love getting a Dining Package to get some guaranteed seating at Disney shows. Overall, looks like yall had a pretty good view in spite of a bit of obstruction. But - yeah the price at River Belle Terrace does sound really high. The food sounded pretty good to us though. Thanks for sharing your review of this experience!

Waffles was being super annoying wanting to see what we are up too. When he hears noise, he has to investigate and it has been a while since he has been in one of our videos. He totally hogged the couch! Overall, we are happy we did the River Belle Terrace premium package but it is probably a one time splurge for us. Thank you!

Husband and I did this package in December 2022. It was a different menu, and they brought out a basket of biscuits AND cornbread at the beginning, and those items turned out to be the best part of the meal. Although I liked the idea of having a chair (with a back!) to sit on to watch Fantasmic, I found the chairs to be very hard and uncomfortable. So all in all, I’m glad we did it but probably not again.

Yes. We feel pretty much the same! The chairs are nice but not very comfortable after sitting there for so long. Lol. We are glad we tried it, but feel it is a one and done for us. I wish we got cornbread! We both love cornbread. Haha. Thank you so much for watching!!

Fantastic Video! I appreciate your videos even more now after making a few of our own! Jace and I did the Blue Bayou / Fantasmic! package back in 2019! It was a great 1 Time experience for us but probably won't do it again!

The food looked good but for that price I’d expect that. I would have gone for the Platter too as it seemed the best value of money. Your view wasn’t too bad and I would imagine it was a more relaxed experience. Seeing the fireworks through the trees brought back happy memories of when the hub at the Magic Kingdom was full of them. Sadly most were cut down about 15 years ago. This was a fantastic food review, you both did a really good job 👍

Love the memory about MK! I hear people complain about the trees in the hub at Disneyland but we love those trees! I totally understand your happy memories from MK. Thank you for watching! ☺️

Great information! After experiencing the regular River Belle Terrace Dining Package and Blue Bayou one I was interested to hear more about this Premium option. I also agree the Chicken Pot Pie soup is a total winner! I was also suprised how spicy our main dishes were at the RBT, since the menu didn't call that out. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks.. I'm starting to put together some packages, etc for my visit. I saw Fantasmic in the world, thinking about saving my big sit down dining to the Plaza Inn and the fried chicken. My 60 day window opens next month. Sucks how property guests need to go on every day and book. Thankfully I'm on the East Coast, so things should hit at 9 for me.

Yes. We aren’t sure why it’s different for dining for on property guests at Disneyland compared to WDW. We haven’t eaten at Plaza Inn in awhile, but we have always enjoyed our meals there. We have not see Fantasmic at HS, but have heard the shows are a bit different from HS to Disneyland. We noticed the 10:30 show for Fantasmic was a lot less crowded if you plan on trying to check it out. Have fun picking your dining reservations!!!

Yes! We were on the fence about doing this dining package until the very last minute that we could cancel because of the high price. It’s a lot of money!! I wonder how spicy the potato tacos are at Rancho? I’ve heard the CMs there are super helpful, hopefully they can tell you the least spicy option! I’ve also heard you can sub the sides. For instance one person didn’t want the potato salad so they asked if they could have more rice instead. You’ll have to let us know how you liked the meal after you go! (I’m not sure why the bbq had so much spice. We are guessing it was the sauce they used) Thank you for watching! ☺️

Hi! We unfortunately do not have experience with the Blue Bayou package. We did not want to line up for Fantasmic either. That’s why we tried for this package. Very helpful video! We scored a table for our family of 6 for October. Did you happen to notice if the larger parties were seated in that first row or did they have larger parties in the other rows as well?

We haven’t waited for the show in a really long time. We think getting to the area about 1.5-2 hours ahead of time would be best. (We also looked it up and undercover tourist recommends the same)We believe the second show would most likely be easier to get walk up seats, as the second show is typically less crowded. When we dined at Riverbelle Terrace they had signage and cast members directing guests where to go for the show. If you’re unsure, ask a cast member for help. Have a fun trip!

@@2girls1worldddd yes. We booked via the app. Reservations open at 6am PST, 60 days out. Pretty sure you can also book on a PC through the website. We practiced a couple days beforehand. When we booked, reservations for the river belle terrace premium package were sold out within a minute. We were shocked we were able to get a reservation! @@2girls1worldddd yes. I believe it will list all the dining options, blue bayou, river belle terrace standard and premium and rancho del zocalo. The River belle terrace premium is at 7:15pm and for the first showing of Fantasmic only. It will only be listed for a short time, since it sells out so quick. I practiced beforehand to make sure I knew what it looks like on the list. I hope that helps! It was a bit of a stressful process.
