i always use this rig for bream on the Shannon and on the Norfolk Broads and catch plenty of fish. i would suggest replacing the shot with a small bead though.

that will not work in moderate current, because current gona spin the bait with the line, and realy spin, you need to have swivel or something to counter that, aswell you MUST use in 80% of cases with the braid line, somesort of feedergum.

Disgusting. A bolt rig however you describe it. And that is unfair to the fish. No doubt you got in a few tangles. Good. Everything that is wrong with feeder fishing in one video. Pah!
