Grew up in Grand Prairie wish this stuff was around back then. I mtb now but Arlington is out of my way. Looks like a great beginner trail to relax and enjoy riding.

I’d check out the Oakcliff Nature Preserve trail if you have not done so already. About 8 miles if I remember correctly. More technical to be sure with some decent drops. A well maintained trail but it is in Oakcliff so if you’re going by yourself make sure you’re gone by the time it gets dark.

Thanks for the tip, I rode it several times already but I don't go there often because of the same reason 😁.

That's great! Start slow and easy, familiarize the trail, the more you know the trail, the faster you'll get. Enjoy your rides!

Thanks for the video. Gonna check out this trail someday. I hope I don’t get run over by you though.

Don't worry I don't run over other riders, I normally wait till they get the chance to move to the side😁

This is why I installed a bell on my bike. Lets ppl know you're coming up behind them.

Yeah, Im really impressed with his attempt to finish this run 20 seconds faster than a 10-year-old! What a champ.

Bells suck. Better to announce yourself so they know a.) that a human is coming down the trial, and b.) what side of the trail you're on.

Did it have any good drops? Hard to tell

It's a beginner trail, not an intermediate or advance trail. Good for normal people that just want a relax mtb ride through a trail. We need a bunch of all the trails not just hard challenging ones.
@travisaitken8680 Жыл бұрын
this is a family friendly trial. You aren't getting a trophy at the end. Stop running people off the road.

In his defense all those people were going extremely slow (Way too slow for a public trail) it was hard for him not too. He wasn't going that fast at all for a mtb'er. Everyone has to share the trail and those who want to move at 1 mile per hour have to make sure they leave room for people moving at normal speed. Allot of these guys were not being considerate for people behind them. I'm pretty slow on a mtb but even at my speed I would have been frustrated with half these people most of them should have been on a normal asphalt trail (not a trail like this it was made for mountain bikers first) which Arlington has had for over 2 decades since the 90's.
