We watched this from front to back in one sitting - fabulous trip, guys! The camera work is lovely and you got some breathtaking shots. Loved how you shook off the first soaking and blasted through the rest of the river like champs. Well done - you continue to push us to book our own trip to the mighty Yukon Territory!

Great edit and I enjoyed your drone footage and camera angles especially. I’ve always been nervous about making my videos longer than 15 mins or so because I figured people wouldn’t watch it all but I’ve been wanting to do a longer more documentary style video for my northern trips. Maybe next time. We paddled the Bonnet Plume last summer and when we passed the Snake confluence, it was 1/3 of the volume you guys had. Everytime I hear of people’s Snake River trip, they complain of low water. Goes to show annual variability up there. Cheers and good luck on future trips.

Thanks! Lots of people seem to enjoy the longer more detailed videos. It’s a challenge keeping things charged up and running in the varied weather on those trips and the editing time is significant. We saw some videos of some folks that did the snake only a few days after us and the conditions changed considerably. On the plus side we weren’t running into shallow boulder gardens on this run. Thanks for watching. We have seen quite a few of your videos before while researching potential future trips. Great job!

Thanks for watching. We recommend getting a copy of Wild Rivers of the Yukon's Peel Watershed by Juri Peepre & Sarah Locke. It gives a good description of the sections of river and points of interest. We used that and added points of interest to CalTopo maps.

I think I’ve seen a few videos of people panning on canoe trips like Jim Baird but I think there’s certain rules about where you can pan recreationally.
