We've all done it! That yank on the rod when the fish approaches the net and we think the battle's won. But you'd done all the hard work, and let's face it the joy of the take easily outweighs that of the capture.

Nice video, we've all experienced this, however with the decline in salmon stocks its nice to actually get one on, just a pity you did'nt get it on the bank😟 Tight lines. 🤞

I was fishing the other bank on Saturday ,hooked and lost a fish in the evening, turned and shot down river ,too deep to follow ,30 seconds of excitement,lol
