This was with my 18gram switch rod - normally use the short cut heads with this - float and Fl/I/S4. I think in this video I had an 18g integrated running line floating head line from Zpey.

Yes - mostly use the short cuts - full floater and the FL/S4 - either a S4 coated leader or a tapered nylon leader. I have an integrated floater for more delicate presentation.

Benefit of the shorter heads is that you can strip but also carry a heavier tube more easily if necessary!

Sorry will try harder next time but this was a difficult place to stand with deep water at feet and a steep bank - almost fell in releasing it and Glyn had to pull me back!
