I think they mean Cw kinda plays up their Whole diversity thing, which I agree they do sometimes add really diverse characters but give them really bad or limiting plotlines so in a sense, they could be like "oh here's an LGBTQ couple" so we don't need this other character for representation. Which would suck because it's always great to have representation and I love Kevin so i hope they develope him more.
