Does anyone else think that the trashbag killer is the Ghoulie they tortured? I mean when he called Betty he has cuts all over his body and that’s what Tony and Fangs did to the guy before… also why is no one even bothered with being violent anymore? Like torture and murder is just a casual thing you do now, I guess? Without having mental problems? Still not over the fact that Veronica literally killed her husband she loved at one point and just glossed over it .. like oh yeah it was self Defense but I mean.. you killed a human being?? Why are you not traumatized? Not even a little bit? This show ..

Im watching to see if there's a Sabrina connection. Sheril might be the key for getting Sabrina out of the Void. Nana has mentioned Eldrich terrors before and one of the weird sisters was connected w sheril her Art dealer. Crazy right! Lol

I need help from people pls! I don’t understand how writers could f*ck up this bad if I think it’s what it is… Isn’t last name Cooper made up? And Betty is a blossom so her ancestor would be Abigail blossom like Cheryl’s!? Then how is there a Beatrice Cooper😂!!??? If the name Cooper was invented by a blossoms ( a brother who murdered his brother). Then none of this makes sense and it was only Archie’s and Jughead’s ancestors!🤦‍♀️ Did the writers actually forgot what they invented themselves or am I missing something? I need an answer please I’m dying over here 🥲😭

Dear Lord! And I thought the musical episode was bad! There were so many bad choices in this episode I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with Brita working as a miner for Cheryl even though she's an underaged teenager with no experience. A mine that's already collapsed once and is still filled with poison gas. Child labor laws and safety be damned. At least Cheryl does child endangerment in style... no really! Cheryl also goes mining but she always does it while wearing makeup and trendy clothes. At least Brita is brave, the way she just carries those human skeletons of dead people to Cheryl near the end. Let's face it Cheryl is going to be the new Ms. Grundy in that she's going to have an affair with an underage student! Cheryl's still probably smarter than the Ghoulie that burned Pops! I know that criminals are idiots and gangsters are even bigger idiots but at least wear a mask when committing a crime, especially if you have highly visible and noticeable face tattoos! Speaking of which I can't believe the sheriff would let two civilians Toni and Fangs hunt down, kidnap, and torture the suspected arsonist themselves. I know he's the only cop in town but he should've at least deputized them and had them deliver the suspect to be interrogated properly. That's almost as bad as Jughead and Tabitha straight up committing arson by burning down the Lodge Ledger and make out in front of it instead of running before witnesses see you but hey, we all know domestic arson is arousing. It would've been better for Jughead to use the Blue and Gold to discredit the Lodge Ledger by revealing all the true crimes that Hiram has done! Kidnappers, torturers, and arsonists, yup these are supposed to be the good guys. These are the people we're supposed to root for. The fact that the Trash bag killer called from his personal landline and still couldn't be traced has to be mentioned, you can still trace a call even if it's very short. By far the stupidest thing done this episode is easily the fact that all the characters got definitive evidence that Hiram Lodge committed murder but instead of using it to arrest him for good they instead use it to blackmail him into leaving town. Arresting him would've solved their problems so much better because if he's still on the loose we all know he will retaliate, and he did retaliate. Granted they sold off his stuff to rebuild Pops as part of the blackmail but is that really worth sacrificing security for money? Apparently Riverdale was always a crazy and stupid place, in that the ancestors of our cast kidnapped an innocent woman and burned her at the stake just to get the palladium under her house. Amazing how she never had a husband and yet was able to spawn a bloodline of other Blossoms, and how she wrote her death and the collapse of the mine in her journal even though she was already dead by that time. Cheryl's reaction was way over the top though. What happened was bad but it was over a hundred years ago, the descendants of the offenders are completely innocent. While we're talking about the Blossom witchcraft, the end scene with Cheryl reciting the incantation had a thousand candles in the background. Have these people never heard of electricity? Even if they set them to set the mood, who has the time to light those many candles? Well at least Veronica's not targeted by the curse which means her secret stockbroker firm/gambling casino being run by high school teenagers, committing even more child labor law violations will flourish. At least Veronica and Reggie are adults now running this operation and not underaged teenagers still in high school. Last note that bomb in Archie's house looked cartoonishly stereotypical but hey that was probably the least stupid thing this episode. What do you think?

I would say that the reason why they didn't kill Hiram is because they're meant to be the bigger people in this situation and not stoop to his level but then I remember all the times they have already killed or hurt someone e.g Veronica casually killing her ex-husband and not mentioning it again or when Jughead cut off Penny Peabody's skin 🤷🏻‍♀️
