You can take the Riverfront Streetcar, otherwise it's a 20-25 min walk.

Hmmm I wonder if from Bourbon if taking the Riverfront Streetcar to Canal Street Station would be close to WWII museum.... Might make it a cooler venture then uber or lyft.
