He was misinformed and deceived by those beating the drums for him. A soft landing was given to them to function even after defecting. Instead of them to calm down and make laws for the benefits of Rivers people, they decided to amend already existing laws to suit their personal aggrandizement. They started amending laws that will affect the powers of the Governor that gave them soft landing. They started constituting legislative rascality to bring the Governor to his knees! Yes they have the fundamental human right to cross carpet but not to cross carpet along with their seats, as stated in the constitution! So let them enjoy whatever they see on the other side! Now they are aware that all the nonsense and foolish laws they have passed, even to the extend of overriding the Governor's veto, are all null and void.
