If you put the speed at 0.25x then it sound like a different version of river flows in you also they only did the right hand not the left hand cause you can hear something else when not playing the right hand just so you know have a nice day😊

If you find it hard to follow with the vid, you could go to setting and change the speed. Just like that, you could keep increasing the speed as you get more used to the notes! I also had trouble soooo that what I did. I feel like it would be a good strategy to learn this song on the piano!

Do f# c# f# first, d a e second, a e c# third, and e b e fourth it is the same throughout the piece. If this is too confusing for you, look for an easy piano tutorial with both hands and they will explain it better than me.
