One day it was told to the people of God they would return to Zion as a free people (Psalm 137) and this song, i believe, is for all of us who have come to the place in our lives where we too need to dwell in Zion! THERE IS A WAY RIGHT WHERE WE SIT. - 2 Samuel chap 22: verse 50 "Therefore I will praise You, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing praises to Your name." - We also give God glory by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. - “And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.'” Mark chap 16: verse 15 - "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?" This means that a body of flesh and bones ceases to exist, but the soul and spirit of a lost person (who rejects Jesus Christ), which was created to last forever, continues to remain in eternity in some form of body, in a conscious state called " second death, "in a place different from God and the family of God, that is called the" Lake of Fire ". - "Therefore, since we were justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
