I have to thank you for introducing me to the "zone adjuster" mod, I had seen it before but never really used in such detail. I was able to follow the changes in the settings and understand how it works. It has changed the way I build in leaps and bounds and brings so much satisfaction instead of major frustration building infrastructure like before.

Wow, just wow. With each episode you impress me even more with your creativity. And the cinematics are as always a chef's kiss! Especially that night view of the Ilos sign with the moon in the background, so artsy! As for ideas, I mentioned in comments to one of the previous videos that some Native American reservation or something of the sort would be great. Perhaps somewhere near the lake or the new mountain. If you can find the assets for it of course. Oh, and you mentioned in the last episode I believe when building the Main Street that you were on the fence with the white/green vanilla Expo Center. I say demolish it. It's such an eyesore, it was especially painful to see in the cinematics with everything else in the map blending in together so nicely.

Since Havasu means "blue", your lake should obv be Lake Eiffel, with the two splitting streams being the Dabadee and the Dabadai. The island is - for obvious reasons - called Isle Auss. As for non-obvious amenities, you could make a Japanese (or similarly themed) Garden, or possibly steal the ruin props from the Central Park asset. Speaking of assets, you could place the Traffic Park and expand it into some sort of road safety center. A satellite campus of the university might work well too, perhaps stealing some zoo assets for an institute of ornithology/river ecology/desert geography/... Or perhaps an archaeological dig site where they are unearthing Native relics?

In one of those (surely meaningless but fun) linguistic coincidences, hava means "air" and su means "water" in Turkish, both of which nicely go with "blue"!

When it's not flooding and destroying everything, watching water flow in CS is so satisfying. And i think if you're going to do Lake Havassu, you have to do it at Spring Break when it just becomes wall to wall boats and partying. Loads of options for some really creative builds.

I’m a Phoenician, and spent a lot of time in havasu. The whole build is very reminiscent and your drive through are nice. If you look on the map, you will find large blocks of nothing, phoenix is right next to a large native reservation with sparse development and one of the largest national parks. Something to consider late build.

That view and the train node, a lake and trains and train tunnels and islands and signs on the mountain! And this is only the beginning! What an episode! Great work, OE! (Great LOTR fan: what about "Lonely Mountain" from The Hobbit as a mountain name?)

I loved this episode!!! I always struggle with infrastructure so this episode is a great learning tool for me! I LOVED that trick with the railroad and the highway nodes, to blend them together was AWESOME! Layers of height, terraforming mountains, watching that lake fill YES PLEASE, and excellent music choices = so much spicy goodness!!! Thank you Egg, for an excellent episode!!!! Love love love LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

Name the island Dwindling Lake Island. As we all know, or should, Lake Havasu is disappearing rapidly and the new name should call attention to those who are unaware. It's something ridiculous like 400 feet deep and depleting by a dozen feet a month or so. Thank you. Great video so far man.

so true and a month or so ago the federal government gave the Colorado River Basin Stats 60 days to come up with an emergency plan to cut something like 2-4 million acher feet of water use a year from the Colorado River. Arizona alone uses like 4.2 maf a year. We's got a HUGE problem!

You should use Windy Vista Point from Mt. Lemmon in Tucson, AZ for inspo on the mountain you built. Windy Vista is a popular outlook that overlooks the entire city of Tucson from the mountain.

This city looks so alive that when you switch between Google earth and the game I always need a couple seconds to adjust. Even the yet to be developed parts feel so real. Loved the use of the crossover train station and the mountain is gorgeous. You could name the mountain Leviathan since we already have a Conduit 😁

Real nice. Excellent handy work on the landscaping, brilliant to see Ilos evolve. 🌵🌵🌵 Please would you have a think about removing the half mile stretch of river closest to the mountains 🙏🏽 It looks awesome but a little odd with the river splitting so often, between two rivers. Or give the island some sculpted height and suggest the river has cut a rock arch? Obviously the awesomeness far outweighs the oddity. I might be alone in seeing that but hopefully not the only one seeing Cyril Sneer from The Raccoons on the thumbnail! The new mountain is his mouth and cigar 🤣🤣
