The mentioned of Obiri Ikwere Secretariat not completed since 2004 is a pointer that Wike did not listened to his people for the 8 years he spent in office as a governor. He was a tyrant during his tenure as a governor of the State. I implore Gov Fubara to shame Wike by building that secretariat to a modern world standard secretariat and on time too. Wike should be ashamed wherever he is right now. Another person I want to thank at the gathering is Senator John Mbata. I reside in Eneka where he comes from but I havent seen him in person. That was a term invented by Bayelsa Ijaw practitioners of "abandoned properties" to scatter upland area of Rivers State by claiming that every village is an "independent ethnic nationality". Meanwhile, Ijaws continued to claim that unrelated groups like Kalabari, Okrika, Ogbia, Kolokuma, Gbaramantu etc. speaking mutually unintelligible languages are "one Ijaw" nation!.
