this group is almost a year old. they debuted 2nd of May, 2018 with the song Latata, they currently have 3 official music videos (latata, hann, senorita) , 1 music video filmed by them (blow your mind) and 2 members participated on a music for the game LoL (Popstars - performed with jaira burns and madison beer) they do have two albums out "I Am" (latata is the title track) and "I made" (senorita is the title track) (hann was a solo comeback but still fire) they do participate on the creation of their songs writing/producing/arrangements etc. also you said soyeon gave you guys hyuna vibes, its bc they were on the same label (cube ent.) with hyuna, hey have performed together before hyuna left cube ent. and many ppl points out too that soyeon is the cl of this generation. there are two main vocals - 2:27 miyeon (korean) elegant queen, she was a YG trainee and was supposed to debut with blackpink (she trained with them and they're friends) - 2:08 minnie (thai) - the one that got us shook, my bias. she is also friends with lisa from bp and sorn from clc, thai babies main dancer - 1:58 soojin (korean) still my bias wrecker, she kills everyone istg leader / rapper - 1:48 soyeon (korean) our multitalented leader. she participated in "produce 101" and "unpretty rapstar" face of the group - 2:18 yuqi (chinese) looks cute but her voice does not match her cuteness. still softt♡ 2:37 visual / maknae - shuhua (taiwanese) she gay af 😂 everyone loves her sm

Here is some info about (G)I-IDLE (I find interesting): - the G is silent, so you just pronounce it as 'Idol' - the main rapper who gave you Hyuna vibes is Soyeon and competed in the first season of the show Produce 101 against 100 other Kpop trainees. She placed 20th. - Soyeon, together with Miyeon (Main Vocalist) are also part of the virtual kpop group K/DA with Madison Beer and Jaira Burns and have performed live at the opening ceremony of the League of Legends tournament in 2018 (definitely worth checking out, the song is awesome! ) That's it for now. They are an incredible group overall, but Soyeon, the leader and rapper is insanely talented. Besides being one of the best female idol rappers, a great dancer, and actually a pretty good vocalist. She is the reason that (G)I-dle is one only 2 girl groups in Kpop where most or all of the songs are written by by one of the members. (The ony other one I am aware of in mainstream groups is EXID) She is a songwriter, composer, and producer. There is a video on Cube's channel with english subs showing some her producing for the album called Soyeon Made. Check it out if you get a chance. She has even composed songs for other artists like their label mates CLC. Oh and and Hyuna used to be at Soyeon's label, and during her time on the competition show Unpretty Rapstar, Soyeon mentioned getting tips from Hyuna
