D.O. ‘s vocals made me curious about exo. his runs are insane. his vocals can’t compare to anyone. he just stands out. instant serotonin boost just listening to DO sing.

This song's structure is incredibly unique, specifically that acapella bridge, and where they chose to place it in the song. It hearkens back to Felix Mendelssohn, the original inventor of this type of structure, back in the 1800s. Back then they didn't call it a "bridge," but rather a "cadenza." Most composers agreed that the cadenza should be written towards the end of the song, but Mendelssohn believed it should be before the 'recap,' or the final chorus of a song, which would effectively place the cadenza in the middle of the piece...just like in this song! You almost never hear song structures like this one in modern music, & EXO definitely deserve recognition for their originality in that regard.

I just found you 4 beautiful people this week.....I know where the hell have I been! You are all of us watching this video.
