Yes Jungkook is a songwriter he actually just released a Japanese song called "Your Eyes Tell" he wrote it but the whole BTS sung it. It was a OST of a Japanese movie. You should definitely watch it cause it was amazing. And last June 2020 he also released a Jazz song he also composed/produced it.
