Kwill wasn’t in the video. He’s rarely in his MV. And he’s more of a ballad singer and usually the lyrics have a deep emotional meaning that relatable to the listener. I’m sure most people requested this mv for the plot twist and not the song itself. Thanks for being honest guys!

I agree, the plot twist is the only thing I really watched it for but I soon realized how good the song actually is and now when I listen to it I sing for a good few days and move on until I find it again. I am so happy I found this because something about K.Will's voice just sooths me.

So the reason why you see the girl and the man in the car throughout the entire mv but in the end it was the both men is because the director wanted to show what the audience would see (which is the man and woman). So in the end it was revealed that all along both men were in the car instead. It was just to show POV.

Tbh K.Will is a ballad singer so he doesnt sing any other genre and he ismt in the video he is never in his videos but this video was pretty big because korea is still a very homphobic country its a little better now but when this came out they were really bad and seo in guk the lead actor got some backlash for this

I like the song but not everyone appreciates the same sounds etc. Haven't read comments but I'm sure they've told you the singer isn't actually in the video. The main guy in that MV (Seo In Guk) is actually a singer and actor though and so is the girl (from Sistar). The groom is a also a famous actor. I chuckled at Zacs "threesome" comment! Hah I'm sure some wouldn't say no 😁

The plot makes more sense when you realize that the upset guy and the woman are brother and sister. Being siblings explains why she teases him so much, why he's always around at that nice house (it's where they live), why he's driving her around, why he gives her a thumbs up about how pretty she is in her bridal dress, and why she and her new husband insist on including him in a wedding photo. It also explains why he never says anything about how he really feels, or why he's upset about the marriage. He can't say anything, because how do you tell your own sister you're in love with her man? Iconic video, with a rare sympathetic focus on a gay man, at least for K-Pop.

YES! This was my exact theory about everything. It makes a lot of other elements make sense. Definitely the teasing and “annoyed at sister” in the beginning, and also shows why she’s in the car, because she’s still an important figure in his life. Also the whole first half takes place in one house, and it makes sense that it’s the house of the brother and sister, with the boyfriend coming over occasionally.

No they aren't. In fact Seo In Guk said he was shocked to find out that he hadn't been in love with the girl but in love with the guy. He didn't know until the very minute the director told him when they filmed it.

This is a music video that really overshadows the song. It's a pretty popular mv to be requested, but I doubt it would be if it wasn't for the music video, despite K.Will being popular. The guy who plays the one in love with the other guy is Seo In Guk. Based on what I've seen he mostly acts but he has some songs, and you should definitely check out BeBe by him!!

K.Will has a wonderful voice, and he’s a staple of korean music and ballads, but the main reason people always ask for reactions to this mv is purely bc of the plot twist. It FLOORED everyone when it came out and it is still so iconic. This was yearssss before we saw the likes of Holland, etc, and SK is still very conservative and homophobic. So basically, i don’t think anyone’s gonna be mad y’all weren’t obsessing over K.Will or anything - we just want to live this plot twist against vicariously thru y’all lol

Neither of the guys in the " Please Don't" MV is K.Will The two guys are top actors in the industry and Seo In Guk (the main character) is also a brilliant solo Kpop star as well. As others have said K.Will isn't actually in the video (it's several years old btw) and the actress was actually part of former girl group Sistar, which I think you might've reacted to - unless it was to some of the members' solo stuff. But yeah, i think this video was requested most likely for the plot twist; other than the MV the song itself isn't that memorable and it doesn't showcase his skills as a known ballad singer. :)

It’s my first time hearing a K.Will song too and I‘m a bit with Zak and Dizz. I enjoyed the song like 70-80% :D and it had some great moments but didn’t grab me like a 100%. So I would love to hear some more songs of him with you guys cause I really liked his singing voice colour :)

FYI that wasn’t K.Will in the video (he actually didn’t appear in the Music Video for his own song but he has an amazing soulful voice and has an amazing catalogue as an artist).
