@Sioax Aeriken yes. I was 100% behind the Sherriff, too, until he tried to make it sound like this was due to the "liberal agenda" when in fact the judge's appointment had absolutely nothing to do with the current Democrat governor of CA. She was in fact, "politically" appointed by noneother than Republican Governor Arnold, "I'll be back" Schwarzenegger. The Sherriff made this about Democrat vs Republican politics, not the current governor. I agree the judge should go immediately but I now question the Sherriff's credulity.

For the people who might not know why they are talking about the judge here is some information. This murderer had kidnapped and assaulted somebody he had a very lengthy police record and this was his third strike. He was already found guilty in the kidnapping case and for some reason to judge felt that he could be released and sentenced at a different date. That date came and went and he never showed up. The police tracked him down arrested him again and went back in front of the same exact judge who released him the first time. Now we have someone who's already been convicted the only part of the Court proceedings that was left was sentencing. He showed the first time he did not care about coming back. So for the second time the judge released him again. And now we have this that happened! If he was in jail like he was supposed to be none of this would have taken place. For whatever reason liberals do not believe that anybody should be locked up. This guy had a horrendous record of assault and battery on people using weapons on people. This was I think they said his third time kidnapping somebody. And you have your social justice warriors believing that nobody belongs in jail no matter what crime they have committed. Watch how fast they change their attitude when one of these animals hurt somebody they love and care for.

Yep. You see it on the news and in real life. You see it here, there. You can for sure feel it when driving. Everybody is road raging, tailgating, flipping each other off, etc. This county, state, country is rotting and getting worse. Also, I'd like to point out that there are places on this Earth that are not as bad as California. There are places that still value family, life, and happiness. The US worships the almighty Dollar. The world, as a whole is bad, but there are some places that are better than others.

To show a path of friendship, And brighten up our day. Some souls are put upon the Earth, To be a guiding light. To be a beacon for the lost, And bring to the sad...delight. Some souls are put upon the Earth, To bring a message true. To show that Hope and Faith and Love, Are things they want for you. Some souls are put upon the Earth, And given little time. To work their magic in the hearts, Of those they leave behind. Some souls are put upon the Earth, And given many years. To spread their love and give respect, For all that they hold dear. And then, some souls are placed here, For us to lean on and learn from. So we may live the lessons, And keep their message moving on. (c)Danniel J. Lennax

The ironic thing is that Sheriffs are also elected. He was elected to perform a public service impartially but he goes on TV to espouse political rhetoric and to manipulate viewers to vote for conservatives because that’s what he is. A Deputy was violently killed and he made it about himself. He also talks about the judge not doing her job, which she didn’t, but the civilians who called 911 waited 10 minutes to get through to a Riverside County dispatcher, so he should he blaming himself too.
@shawnsmith48512 жыл бұрын
I think he was stating the fact that judges are political appointees. He then proceeded to give an example by stating Governor Newsome would appoint a democratic judge and not a republican judge (which is true).
