The simple fact that Bianco is an elected official makes him part of GOVERNMENT. Tax payers money pays his salary. I have a problem and you should too with any elected sheriff who walks around saying he doesn't have to answer to anyone except the "voters", as some vague boss or mandate he thinks he has where whatever his interpretation of what he thinks the laws and rules should be, goes. The only part he got correct was he was elected. The voters trusted him to abide by and enforce existing laws, not to make up his own rules along the way.

As a parent myself, I'm aware of every aspect of my child's life. I know who their friends are, who their friends parents are. I know what their favorite hobbies are and what type of things they are into. I know where they are at all times. I even know what sort of things they search on the internet. It's up to you to parent, if you don't already do these things then get in there and start parenting. If you are raising a transgender or gay child and are completely clueless to it, you better start second guessing your priorities and figure out why you don't know what's going on in your own household. You seem to want to outsource this responsibility so you can turn around later and blame teachers when you fail as a parent.
