If I am an invited producer, when I share my screen during the presentation will a seperate recording track be created same as when a host shares their screen?

Is there no way to have the guests video in full screen? I can easily do this in zoom while doing a live switched video in my studio, but on Riverside I do not see an option for this. Riverside is unusable for my studio unless I can feed my switcher a full screen video of my guest to cut to.

We do not offer that kind of layout change in-studio yet, but stay tuned!

But is there any way to invite another user as a "producer" to my general show, so he can always access the files without me sharing them each time? This would make our workflow so much easier for the audio engineer right now.

You can permanently invite someone to access your recordings, yes. Do that from your studio “View all recordings” screen.

I used producer/host mode to do an interview recording session but I was not recorded. How do I retrieve my own recording as host/producer?
@Riversidefm Жыл бұрын
We're sorry Toni but if you join as a producer role your video and audio is not recorded. If you are the host / creator of the studio and want to be recorded, join as the Host and you'll still have all the same permissions as a Producer

Does this producer function only apply to the business level subscription, or also to the pro?
@Riversidefm8 ай бұрын
You can use it on the Pro plan as well!

@@Riversidefm Is this still accurate, or is this now a business plan feature?

can you have a “host” and a “host-producer” in the same stream… in my podcast there are two hosts but one is also the producer and would need to be recorded on the streams
@Riversidefm Жыл бұрын
For something like this you should consider our business plans to have multiple "hosts" in the same studio!

So the "host producer" can start and stop recording, but can they also be a part of the recording too (unlike producers) as this would be great.
@Riversidefm2 жыл бұрын
Yes, the host is always recorded. Only producers invited separately as "producer only" will not be recorded.

@@Riversidefm Would love the option for hosts to have a co-host so that someone else can record. Helpful if the account holder (i.e. host) cannot attend the call but still needs the session to be recorded.

I think it would be useful to have an option to record the producer's audio... There have been a couple of times on a show I help with where I've been invited to get involved in the chat and it's then been a bit of a struggle to get the audio included in the final edit. We know of quite a few radio shows where the producers get involved so it's kind of like that.

You may want to consider a Teams account where users can be given permanent permissions to Host and Produce, providing technical support and also be recorded in the studio.
