Not from mobile at the moment, but if you record on a computer you can share your screen and that will be available in the editor.

Can you shoot a video not using Riverside, then upload the video to the Riverside platform to edit and publish it? Also can you record and upload a video segment and attach it to clip that you've recorded using the Riverside platform?

Yes to both! Just go into a project and you’ll see an upload button in the top right.
