Do you ever cut out your own leather and put the snaps on?

We don't. We generally used the ones that are ready made for bracelets:)

What is the mm or guage of the wire on the snap rivet u used on the last one (pink cuff) or what's the diameter of the rivet head?

I am not sure if they are available that way. The best thing to do would be to contact Mel at [e-mail]. She will need model numbers of the ones you want and ask her if they can be made without the snaps. I am also sure there is a minimum purchase you need to meet. But she can provide that information if it's even possible to get you what you want.
