it would be better if you would have used any kind of sealer/epoxy/compound instead of rivets. holes where the rivets are will rust like crazy, also moisture will be a problem if you planning to do insulated floor. i would suggest drilling them out.

Hi! Sugar soap is just a type of detergent with little granules in. Great for preparing surfaces to be painted.
