Had my license since 2005 and my CDL since 2014, i am surprised aswell but the more safety systems there are, the more lazy and unnatentive the driver becomes, i don't hate or mock on it but for me i would be happy with parking sensors, I don't need lane departure or blind spot monitors but i would love a heated steering wheel

As a guy who’s in college, the best thing to do when looking for vehicles, is to look at government auctions! I bought my 2nd car from GovDeals, a 2014 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor. I won it for $3,500, with only 115k miles. Interior looks brand spanking new, with all of the police equipment (except lights and sirens) left behind. Exterior is okay, lots of micro scratches, and places where they’ve removed the badging. But honestly, an AWD SUV that runs and drives perfectly with a nice set of Firestone tires for $3,500 is hard to beat.

The Focus will be a much more fun to drive vs for nick. I had a 2016 which is the facelift version. The thing with the transmission is people expect it to shift like an automatic when its a automated manual.

I like that slingshot, it looked like a easy fix and could be a lot of fun for the channel. Do not buy the Dodge truck for Nick. You should kind of know what car Nick wants but you should be able to question him without blowing the surprise and find out what car he is really wanting. I went to school (Graduated in 93) My first car was a 1983 ford escort with hoodpins for some odd reason. The hood latch worked just fine. Anyhow, just having a car was more than many had. I was working part time and saved up for my own first car.

The focus with the dead dash panel has a bad ECU and or wire harness. It happens to the CMax too, not super common but a known issue The transmission on the focus is a much larger issue though, it's not even the transmission it's the computer that controls it, they're all defective, and will grenade every one of those transmissions in the end.

On the ATVs or Side by Sides you NEED to put them in Neutral and start it. As for the radio and cup holders those are usally after-market. And for a vehicle for your son get a few different vehicles and include a couple of pickups and let him choose.

They do come with A/C & Heat and windshield wipers and turn signals. They can go on the road also and also have speedometer and RPM gauge And dump bed and some even have 4*4

Look for a Honda pioneer if fad one for about a year now it’s got a dct vs a belt drive. Also has awesome aftermarket support a radio blutooth combo is only $700-1200 dollars easy to install

If you can trust him, let the kid drive the 57, the Viper, or the Corvette to school he will be popular, especially in a small school. Dont laugh at the Dodge truck, when I was 15 I was given $50 to find a car to fix up to have to drive by the time I turned 16 and got my driver's license. I bought a 1960 VW bug that had chickens living in it and the rear fender was wired together with a coat hanger. LOL! It made that truck look like a show car. By the time I was 16, I had completely rebuilt the whole car. I sold it shortly after I turned 16 and bought a 66 ss396 Chevelle, a few months later, I traded a guy in high school the 66 Chevelle for a 68 ss396 Camaro. That Camaro is the one car I still kick myself in the butt for letting go of for the last 50 years. That diesel side by side will be perfect for what you said your finance wants. Those two pulleys in the back of the other side by side are the clutch. A big belt goes on them and those 3 weights swing out and squeeze the belt as the rpm goes up and off it goes gaining speed as it moves faster and faster until it is fully locked at top speed. Up/down/float is related to the dump box Yes Rivian all day long vs Cybertuck this is just me but if I was in the cars and I was a kid I'd probably like the CVPI but that's just me

The ford focus of that year in automatic have dual clutch and that’s what fails! You have to pull the trans and do the clutches and software update it all at the same time to fix its shudder issue and even then they break after!

The '99 Ford Escort I had some weird electrical issue that kept killing it. I was able to drive it home with one rear light but fixing the light killed the alternator. I don't know why. It was a $300 car.

My neighbors actually has a manual turbocharged focus and i believe it may be burgle tuned but its from a different state so hes having trouble selling it i guess its something to do with the title and he drives it around and occasionally people do come and try it but they never buy it for some reason

Having own dozens of ATVs, I personally wouldn’t buy anything other than a Honda. The reason is the transmissions Honda side-by-side typically have car like transmissions whereas most of the other manufactures use a belt to drive which I’m sure is OK except that it has to be revved up and if you’re just want to put around, it gets really annoying. Have to listen to a, loud motor revving high all the time just to keep moving just my two cents
