As for covering more, I like the points about jerky throttle, as no one else comments on it. Most people use these for getting to work and groceries. So most important criteria are safety, longevity, comfort, quality of the pedal assist (torque sensor preferred, suspension and stability, and quality of updats and customer support.

its hilarious that yall are complaining about a "jerky throttle" bro that's ridiculous of course its gonna be powerful, its a 750w brushless hub motor. and the thing is, sure, its got jump, but its got low psi 4 inch thick puncture resistant tires that pretty much solve that issue. and i own one, ive had a blade 750 for 4 months now and its 'jerky' in the way you want it to be. its got enough power to crawl up any hill in nelson BC, and it tops out at some 49kmph.

@@MystGames how do you like your Blade 750?? Did you have any issue with it? What kind of range do you get? One battery or two?

Definitely more on e-bikes if possible. Also, e-bike lovers always appreciate a good hill climb test. So glad to have a different perspective though.

I agree that I think most people don't stress too much on the weight of e-bikes, but I have a Lectric 2.0 and it can fold. That is a gamechanger since I commute via train to work. If I had that bike you talked about, I couldn't bring that on the T since it would cover up too much room. Well done on the video!

The price tag is really good, was looking at getting a super73 and it's a damn sight more cash for the top spec. Would love see a review or even a comparison video with some of the more higher end Ebikes

Thanks for the video, it was really helpful. I think you should definitely review more ebikes.

Would love more E-bike content. After owning a longboard in Norway for 3 years i realized that the weather and riding season are too short. Plus having a way bigger range would be nice. Sadly all the bikes i can find on the market here max out at around 25 km/h. Basically they seem to have worse stats in all ways than the one shown in this video but they are priced higher

Definitely cover e-bikes!

I don't know from personal experience, but from what I have heard if you use a mid drive electric motor instead of a hub motor in the wheel, that will increase the throttle response that you mention

Top speed for this throttle only? And with pedal assist?

⚡ *Iron Man colours of the helmet* are pretty cool ⚡ Pretty decent lookin eBike. Interestin a out the difference from esk8 in ESC refinement/smoothness. I'm a fan of BMX-style eBikes like Zooz personally, not into the fat-bike style but this one is nice.

not all ebikes have bad throttle, my coswheel CT20 is very similar to a modern eskate

The lag on my bike personally is a feature, So people don't crank the throttle as they are getting on the bike (its twist throttle). I'm guessing its universal

Why don't you try out a Surron bike??
@1fareast142 жыл бұрын
Really not a fan of these moped style items, the big advantage of one is pedaling to extend range and as a backup for when the battery dies. If the pedals are going to be useless and you're on throttle only, then a sur ron or metacycle, (or even a gas scooter) make more sense. They also muddy up the perception and laws surrounding ebikes. If (after the crackdown these might cause) people need insurance and have to submit to a stricter speed limit, people might not bother with them at all.

Awesome review! I converted mine into a delivery e-bike! :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKi7XpWYZq6Gl7s The Blade is a work horse, with a few small problems: the in-frame battery lock fails eventually, and there is an issue with the spacer-lug on the rear wheel (motor-input side) there is no way to replace it. I have no regrets with my purchase!
