Over six years have passed, and this investment feels like a dead end. Most of the land is still under litigation and remains unprocured. The society is launching new blocks instead of resolving litigation issues for initial buyers. All dues, including development and prime location charges, have been paid, yet there’s no progress or accountability. This project has shattered my trust in Pakistan’s property sector. It has been a hard lesson about understanding investments and avoiding such scams. The management neglects its early investors, prioritizing expansion over fulfilling promises.
