You Need 2, 2 Cables From Router to a 2 to 1 Joiner, At Other End, That connect to a Splitter then to 2 Computers or Whatever. You Need 2, 1 to Put Router Ports on 1 Network Cable, One at Other End to Seperate to 2 Laptops or Whatever, Need 2. 1 To Join, 1 To Seperate.

no problems. Cat5 and Cat6 have the same funktion, cat 6 is just better quality.The only "problem" can be that the connection drops for about 1% which is negligible...

Nope it doesn't. The lan that is entering the same wires are going into both exit's meaning only one can work while other can't meaning if you connect two lan cables none will work. Meaning use Google better bruh and don't scam people. One lan cable cannot transfer double data it can't now and it will never do that job. One way splitters are ok those aren't that big of a scam still not the greatest thing you could do but it's the cheapest way so it's ok. Just buy a switch it's literally 8$. And that splitter is 4$ i mean wtf dude.

As long as the single side is connected to a modem yes you can

@@Curtxyz no brother. This splitter can not make 1 to 2, u must understand, it just separates 8 wires into 2x4 each. so if you use this tool, only one device (PC or second router) will work. If you want them to work both, you must use one more splitter at the front end for two ports. so, lets say you have 1 router and 2PCs, but only one LAN (Ethernet) cable. From router u use 2 short cable (2 ports) going in to splitter, from splitter trough long single Lan kable to the other splitter, who makes 1 to 2 again, this will connect 2 devices (PCs). 2->1----------->1->2 PS: keep in mind that this splitter limits the internet speed to max 100MB (bc u use only 4 wires), but for most ppl it is enough. You sure u need this? i mean, you can simply connect 2 routers, and connect the PC to the second router...

it works, but you need 2 of them to work properly. This separates physically 8 wires by 4, so you need 1 of this on the router side (2 ports to 1 cable) and then again one for 2 devices (1 cable to 2 devices). If you use only one of this (1 router port to 2 devices), only one device will work, while other one will not
