Not really that cool. The way these splitters are wired is not standard compliant and in most scenarios they don't work (sometimes they do in half duplex mode which adds other issues) My recommendation: Stay away from splitters and get a propper switch a small one isn't even that expensive. Like some pocket size 4port switches get down to 12$ so not far of from these "fakes"

It only works if one of the 3 devices is turned on, if all 3 are turned on = ❌

These splitters are scams and they are advertised wrong they do not work the way you think they do if you need to split your network cables you need to buy a network switch

They might work if you set the interface into half-duplex mode (in the network settings). The way they are wired however is non-compliant so it might still not work depending on a few factors. You will probably also add a lot of package loss and lose bandwidth.
