Helpful and inspiring video sir. Sir, the officer may be rank holder in automobile engg, and good he has worked in auto manufacturing sector too, but base point is RULES already defined Though officer likes to add his safety points to rules, he should not and he really has no written powers to do it or indirectly impose. Let the officer talk to non technical nitin Gadkari and bring his point printed on rules. When rules are already done, why should officer say nitin gadkari is non technical to public, let the officer get nitin gadkari position. Let the officer undergo election process what nitin gadkari underwent. The officer tries to mix rules with safety for accomadating vested interest. No need to quote examples of accidents etc. The officer himself may not be corrupt, but in team, to retain job. If safety is really issue, then he should question why high speed bikes(for Bangalore traffic, at max100 cc is fair and not higher power), sports cars etc are allowed in first place. Its not just one 3M stickers, they do these kind of tricks on many parameters. Rules and regulations need not match Appointed Officer notions. Officer has to raise his points to his higher ups and not public. Even i suffered this 3M issues at peenya track for my tata indica cab some 4 years ago. Though the officers know how their subordinates gel with 3rd party vendors/non technical staff/helpers (not on rolls), they do not stand for honesty fearing job loss. We drivers too fear officers as they have power to fail fc or any rto work, so align to this. But we CURSE not just the officers but also thier family secretly. Why i curse their family? Because thier family members too enjoy corruption money, hence they too are sinners. In Hinduism, karma concept has high position. I have lmv badge from 2007 from Bangalore, and keep suffering from one or the other rto staff for any rto work. The top rto officers are extremely busy, often attends other districts rto, saying shortage of staff, deputation etc, but do not srongly stop indirect corruption.
