The ones popping off in "You Think" were Seohyun and Tiffany. There is actually a sub-unit made of the 2 of them and Taeyeon - Girls Generation TTS (TaeTiSeo), which is one of the most well known and successful sub-units in kpop history. You can probably guess why by now. Their cover of Destiny's Child's "Cater 2 U" was the most viewed performance on Sketchbook when they've put together a top100 back in 2020. "Twinkle", "Holler" and "Dear Santa" (Eng or Kor version) are their MVs to check out if you ever decide to give them a go.

Sooyoung - the girl you find pretty in "catch me if you can" she is the tallest member of them all - she was the short black hair you find pretty too, in the middle, with sunny in the 2nd verse of "you think" 2. Yuri - brown long hair you find pretty too in "catch me if you can" -she is the sexiest - lots of her fans like to record and focus their cameras on her whenever they perform, so that's basically how the "fan cam" was become a thing in South Korea, it was because of her. 3. Also, they released Party, Lion Heart, and You Think in the same summer, and really close together. I think they wanted to show different sides of their more "mature" sound, so you got a happy pop party song with Party, a more retro sounding chill song with Lion Heart, and then a badass banger with You Think. The reason Catch Me If You Can had "Korean Version" on it is because (I think) it was a Japanese song first, that they recorded a video for when Jessica was still in the group. But when Jessica left they had to "remake" the Korean version with only 8 members. I think you can find the 9 member japanese version on KZbin if you look in the right nooks and crannnies. :)

Unfortunately I think You Think got lost in 2015. It's the worst selling single up to that point. Even with Catch Me If You Can, it was by far their most mature, sexiest concept and I don't think the Korean market were ready to accept SNSD this way. As a result international fans love the song and mv more than the Korean Sones. Even Catch Me did not sell well, but I think that's as much from SM rushing the song before they were ready since this was the first comeback without Jessica.

Fun fact: The reason you see the apple references in SNSD's/Girls' Generation's "You Think" MV is because in Korean the word for apple and the word for apology are spelled the same, so it's a common joke that when you want to apologize to someone you give them an apple. How I interpret the apple references in this MV is that the apple with the nails in it is supposed to be a metaphor for how the girls are telling the guy " ... you think you're real cool ... coming to me begging for me to forgive you, but I am not accepting your apology." And the silver apple you see, I interpret as being like a lead apple, which might mean that "your apology may look and sound pretty, but it hits like a piece of lead, with no substance and it sounds hollow ... it doesn't sound like you truly are sorry," etc.

I don't have any guide recs but SNSD also comes from an era of KPOP where the artists were a lot more dynamic in variety shows so I would definitely recommend checking out unhelpful guides/funny or savage moments as well since I think their personalities are going to help with identifying the members more so than official details (at least it did for me) Also know that you're busy but from hearing the songs you're enjoying I would also recommend Sistar as another group to potentially add to your waitlist :) Thanks for all your reactions

I feel SNSD does "Sexy" better than most, because they remain classy and confident. The opposite is cheap with low self-esteem, which defines some of my college "girl friends". But, that's another story. SNSD has always been a class act. And, the order you are doing these reactions shows their evolution from sweet innocent girls to becoming pretty amazing young ladies!!!
