I think you would enjoy the choreo for All Good! It was a b-side promotion with One. Unfortunately no dance practice, but they performed it on music shows. It's such a fun feel good song. And definitely hope you check out Just Breath dance practice, JinJin and Rocky were definitely going crazy on that one. I agree with all the suggestions that others have given as well!

Astro are such good dancers, and they do have such amazing choreo. If you wanna see some dance practice hype, Jinjin and Rocky doing Just Breathe takes the cake. But you can also hear Rocky shouting during the Dance War MMA dance practice with Samuel and stuff. I think Rocky's tendency to shout for energy comes from his competitive taekwondo days. Hello sir, very very grateful for loving, appreciating and reacting to Astro's dance practices...and truly surely Astro's choreo and dances are amazingly and incredibly super in sync thats so satisfying to watch...and they are different from other groups somehow some way... May i recommend 'Baby', "Breathless', "Again", 'With You" dance practices...these are super amazingly in sync but of course all of Astro's dance choreo are super synchronised and they are synchronisation kings... They are our synchronization kings 🔥☺ I was about to sleep then this pop up on my notif. Had to watch immediately 😅🥰 All night is also my ult fav. choreo, song & MV 🤗 MJ's just built different, hitting notes perfectly while doing hard choreos 😅 You'll really see how strong their bond is 'cause how clean and powerful their dances are ☺ They're very light on their feet. 😉 I recommend you watch Again, Moonwalk and Baby as well. Also the dance choreo of the Holy Trinity (Rocky, Bin & Jinjin) in Always You is sick. 👌 They devour every dance choreo they do 🔥 Although their choreos are so complex they make it seem like it's easy 🥰🥵 I watched somewhere before they said that they find after Midnight's choreo the hardest for them, probably because the energy level soars from start to finish since it's an uplifting song. That's why Rocky hypes them up. 😁

i stg ASTRO have the best dance practices, it isn't even just about the synchronization. their individual energy is different but they all complement each other and even though i prefer their more recent songs, my favorite dance practices are actually their older ones! they're SO energetic it's insane, idk how they sing and dance those routines at the same time

I call Astro my "synchro kings". In my opinion their synchronization is top tier, no other group can pull it off as well as them. Don't get me wrong all groups are great with their own choreography, but Astro is on another level. I also love how you mention Moonbin's dancing, he's my ULT bias. lol

In After Midnight they're shouting the fanchant (yeah even the "Rrrrocky" ahahah) You should watch live performances, they're insane. Jinjin and Rocky even sing live during their dance practice for "Just Breath" If you want to be blown away, you need to watch "Again" and "Baby" dance practice, they're amazing, kings of sync. And watch their dance practice for 'Hide and seek" their debut song to see how good they were from the beginning. They're just so talented, it's crazy.

I enjoy watching Astro’s dance practices and yes they always show the outtakes after when they drop from exhaustion but Rocky somehow maintains his stamina. Blue Flame Rocky solo actually had a girl partner so here he just casually freestyled. Check out one of their stages on this when u have a chance :) All Night is what took me down the Astro rabbit hole and remains to be one of my fav songs and choreo. I enjoyed the floor choreo although I’m sure it wasn’t easy for them. Thank you for check out their dance practices

Folks have said just breath has full live vocals and dance in the practice. These guys were trained in dance practice like a crazy wrong number of hours. They should have had like 2-3hrs a day and they would get 9hrs more than half the week so they are suuuuuuper good at blending and syncing with each other no matter that there are strong dancers and good the balance is never off. Plus the stamina as you can see, they shout and hype and are full of energy. So many practices I think you will enjoy still to watch!

the ones who shout are rocky, jinjin and moonbin (mj too in the beginning). dont know if u noticed but they interact with eachother through out the whole dance.. even on live performances.. eunwoo and sanha play rock paper scissors and the loser gets hit on the forehead, they high five eachother at some parts, they push rocky forward, and they basically shout some of the fanchant 😂 even on live performances cuz there was no crowd.. (and you're right, they do the clock sign as if it's after midnight)

For a vocal side they already spare this moves of high note part for MJ. As u know we use head tone rather than mix for high note so he is save in getting up position. But my fav is Eunwoo spin in blue flame/one while singing + All night ~get up hold Rocky then whispering ‘Such a goodnight’ that required great stamina for deep low register using his mix range.

you're right, moonbin is dangerous.. he's way too sexy and he knows it... also i love how everybody is dead after the dances but then there's rocky who's stamina is out of this world... they always sing live. jinjin and rocky sang "just breathe" live even in their dance practice, please react to it too it's epiccccc. and there's no MV to the song "Agian", only a dance practice so please make sure to check this out too it's amazing. by the way astro are having a comeback on may!

There are soo many dance practices that you can watch that you'll enjoy, but one of my favorites is "When you call my Name". It's so cute! Baby, Moonwalk, Again, Crazy Sexy Cool and Hide and Seek are obvious ones to watch, but the dance practice for "Just Breathe" is awesome because Rocky and Jinjin are also singing live. I would also love to see your reaction to the dance lines opening stage to the 2018 Ink concert. It's not one of their songs (Remember by KATIE) but still highlights their immaculate dancing. I'm not sure if this would get blocked though... Among the more recent dance practices, my fave is Knock(kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y6qakot8h694ick). I am bummed that it didn’t make your list. But I have a soft spot for their earlier dance practices. They are more intricate in my opinion. Again (kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKuXnpttr76cqKc ) and Baby (kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6e7dauNqc96iK8 ) are at the top of my list, but I love them all! To tell you the truth, I appreciate even the simple choreos they perform with their mid tempo songs. Butterfly (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZLEhnxqoZxgq6c) and When the Wind Blows (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZSQqGiwidlmoK8 ) are perfect examples. The uplifting feeling you get from listening to Astro songs get magnified when they perform them live with these types of lyrical choreography.
