I live china and what I’ve seen here is that these people lookout for their own I think we’ve been lacking in that department it’s high time we did; there is nowhere on earth where we get special treatment/ preferences as black pple so in Africa is where all that must happen and I must say we need to see more melanated billionaires because that’s the way it should be!!!!

@nita bineta I think Rj Mahdi investors club is a good alternative if you don't know the country. If you know the country you can't invest in poultry, real estate or hydroponic agriculture but it's difficult if you don't live in the country. It depends also on your skills. Some friends of mine never left senegal and they succeeded very well in businesses like car trade, poultry, events.... One of them is 25 and he has already 3 luxury cars

please clarify what 'sustainable' means.... many developments in the part of the world i hail from are referred to as 'new builds' this essentially means small rooms, made from the cheapest materials and it wasnt until the late 80's until asbestos cladding for walls was banned (who knows how many dies from cancer due to this). Properties build 100 years ago + in the UK were a much higher standard. Built to last. These days , its cost cutting, rabbit hatches. Yes , for the most part rules and regulations are adhered to (qualified architect, type of material, ) to ensure the place doesnt fall down etc (have been cases of legal materials used that were immoral - glenfell fire ). The point im getting to - are builds in this location independently audited before and after the build ? how about generally thoughout africa ? very broad question, probably hard to answer but any ideas for specific locations would be appreciated.
