I never use to Vomit while travelling in my life . I was so healthy before getting pregnant . Weight was normal. But In my first pregnancy I hand HG issue . It started from 6th week and was peak till 9th week . I use to Vomit min 15-20 times a day for 4 weeks non stop . I was hospitalised for weeks together in hospital, They gave me IV fluid drips . Even after so much of drips I wouldn’t have drop of urine for lab test . Some times I use to have dark brown colour urine . Got discharged from hospital after 9th week of pregnancy. Then from 3rd month to end of pregnancy I had min 5 -8times vomiting in a day . Even in mid night I use to get sudden vomiting . Every single day I pucked . Even in delivery ward I had pucked 3 times . The moment I delivered baby ( Normal delivery) all of sudden my HG vomit stopped No medicine helped me to reduce vomit. Due to covid my husband had work from home option . And also it was 2nd lockdown , I believe I am alive now because of covid lockdown and with husband support . And I traveled back to my native from 3rd month during lockdown time with so much police checking in roads and reached native and took my mother help . I had very bad health during my pregnancy. After 4th month , I was bit okey , I use to eat small food every 30 minutes. I had very bad oral issue specially with my teeth . Because of back to back vomiting and eating frequent food I had decay in my tooth . After baby delivery again I suffered with dental clinic visit along with small baby . No girl should get this health issue in pregnancy . If no proper family support/ help in house they will definitely risk for mother and baby life . I had 2.8kg baby boy . Baby Health was good . Then as days passed I stared to get better in health . I had lost 6kg in my first trimester of pregnancy. Then I gained little weight during 3rd trimester. Should take more bed rest and little walking exercise for 10-15 minutes/ day . And have little sun rays vit D. I had attended online ‘labour management class to know more about normal delivery. It helped me to have normal delivery in such bad health time and having strong mindset. I had no other health issue in uterus nor BP/ sugar , even baby Heath was good . so my body helped me to have normal delivery. Always consult doctors before taking any home remedies/ doing exercise during pregnancy. ( I wrote this comment just to share my HG experience , so that might be helpful for patient/ medical staff / care takers ) If Anyone know any Ayurvedic home remedies for this HG issue please comment. Mam explained well in video . Thank you 🙏🏼
