I think what many fail to realize is that Georgia is the most battle tested team in the CFP. They just find a way to finish. This is not the most talented team that Kirby has assembled, but they know how to fight. I don’t think ND will be able to match the physicality. You don’t beat UGA playing bully ball. You beat them by having excellent QB play(mainly a mobile QB), great defense that can stop the run, and your head coach will have to out coach Kirby. Can ND complete the holy trinity? We will see. I got UGA 35-17.

For Notre Dame to win Riley Leonard is going to have to absolutely drop his nuts and make plays happen like Haynes King did against Georgia. Gotta disagree with you boss… ND’s team speed is just as fast or faster than UGA’s. UGA also struggles vs mobile QBs: Bryce Young, Jalen Milroe, Jaxon Dart & Haynes King… Riley Leonard has better legs than all of them except for Milroe. The game is gonna be very physical & I think it will be a dawg fight but If the injury update has ND healthy then you gotta take ND to win. You played 3 road games and 2 of those were in september. Riley doesn’t have better legs than Haynes and Dart. They just have better arms so they don’t need to run quite as much as Leonard. As to team speed? No just no. Notre Dame doesn’t have near the NFL talent of UGA. Before you start using Texas A&M from week 1 remember UGA can argue how they looked in week 1 against Clemson who was better than anyone ND faced all year. Life-long Irish fan, near 5 decades now, the Irish is in my family blood. To be honest, would be thrilled to see ND win it all, but.... I'm a realist. We maybe get by the Dawgs by a squeaker, and then maybe make it by Penn. But i do not want to face Oregon or Ohio State, either one in the national title. Dont want the Irish getting blasted the way Tennessee did last night. Its not that i dont have faith in my team, I just know we're not on the same level as Oregon & Ohio State. Different levels of talent on those two rosters. Win or lose, and even if we lose as long as we fight the Dawgs hard and make them earn every inch of play, then I can hold my head up and say we gave it all, held nothing back, the fates just smiled a little more on the Georgia side of things. Either way Good Luck Dawgs and Irish....fight like Hell! Make it One for the Ages, both teams! Oh, and before the Good Lord take me.... hopefully in this lifetime ND will get in a conference before I die. Thats holding us back from star recruiting. Boys want to play for a conference title. If UGA get the run going early it’s gone get bad for Notre Dame real fast. The Irish already got some key injuries and they bench definitely not on Georgia’s level with talent. By the 3rd qtr all the Irish starters will be wore down while the Dawgs steady rotating fresh bodies against ND starters getting blasted nonstop for 4 quarters 😭 Gunner Stockton already proved in high school he can run a pro style offense and he certified with his RPO reads so we not gone miss a beat with our backup QB in fact the offense gone look better! In two games, 13 combined sacks against Texas and 27 combined tackles for loss. Texas totaled 60 yards rushing in two games. In other words, Georgia is better than Texas and that's why the Dawgs hold a 2-0 advantage against the shorthorns.
