What a beautiful designed car. I never liked this style because I was stuck in the 80’s and my ‘84 model. Then I drove my brothers ‘04 SS S/C Dale Jr. All my drag racing days are over. So I can finally appreciate a car for more than the HP. Although the 6th gen shown here could have pushed higher HP from the bullet proof 3.8L v6. But these cars are so slick from a aerodynamic perspective. Long hood, large side mirrors, swooping rear window with large rear deck. Large trunk and can fit 5 adult sized people without hurting them. These cars are super at highway cruising and offer decent gas mileage. Sharp looking cars. I love when I pull up with my ‘04 SS (FE3) non supercharged model and turn heads. People ask me or remark how they don’t see them in this condition any more or what a beautiful car they say. I hope to see GM relaunch the Monte Carlo in SS trim. I can’t believe its been 10 years already since the last one rolled off the assembly line.

Haven't seen one of these in years. Had forgotten how much that front end resembled the Camaro in many ways. Thanks for sharing!

I had one of these. These cars weren't fast in a drag race, but damn do they look good. If only they Supercharged the 2002 Signature Editions, they'd be a bit nicer in my opinion.

This car should’ve had a RWD with black NASCAR style rims and Goodyear mag tires and a V-8 under the hood if you’re going to make a tribute car GM do it right !
