i love how actors cannot not act when they sing. A true performance. I feel like Im watching him on broadway rather than at a concert and I love it
@emilyhacker22488 жыл бұрын
That is one of the many reasons I love watching him sing. He sings every single song in character and you can see it when you watch him sing. It's amazing. That's another reason why I usually love his versions of songs better than the originals because he doesn't just sing the song, he acts it out.
@n.nguyen52928 жыл бұрын
either he's really hurting or he's an incredibly amazing actor (which we all know)
@emilyhacker22488 жыл бұрын
It's so crazy to watch this because it's like a completely different person is singing Creep. That is what I love about him. He sings every song in character, which is why his performances are always so emotional and amazing. This is also why I usually like his versions of songs better than the originals because he doesn't just sing them.

("Creep" starts at about 5:05) 7:00 His control is absolutely phenomenal. Not just in his voice but in his countenance and the level of emotion allowed through - he went from zero to ten and back to zero in just a few seconds. That's insane. And the character he adopts for this song is so well-made: if I didn't know he was absolutely loving every second of this concert, masquerading as a rock star, I would be really concerned. This was great!

Bless you for zooming in on his handsome face at 4:55. Those eyes. Damn. The way he looks around... I got chills. One moment he's laughing and filling your heart with joy, the next he looks hopeless and dead inside. It breaks my heart.
@mawcespelledwithac4 жыл бұрын
I think it's because I care about him so much, idk, but after watching him singing out his literal emotions and singing his heart out, it put me through about an hour or so of mental anguish because it hit me that *he's an actual human, and he also hurts sometimes.* And that slips my mind sometimes because of how uniquely talented and *gorgeous* he is.

That was haunting. I love creep as it is, but this was amazing. Tears towards the end from the emotion his voice was full of. He is so fucking special and I hope he really knows that. Even if he did 'put on an act/character' that character had to stem from somewhere.. Onions. I'm blaming the ghosts cutting up their onions.

Honestly, I think this expectable boy, owner of a unique and very cute voice ... I met him in Grease Live, and was blown away, did not watch the MIserávies, thinking it would be a very heavy music, but I'm already going behind fix the mistake. I appreciate the person who posted the videos of this show. I am Brazilian, and I have great chance to see a live performace of it, so I'm here gorging myself Aaron. Thank you!!

The funny thing is, I'm a fan who's the opposite -- loved him as Fiyero back in '08, was pleasantly surprised to find out he was Frank Abagnale in CMIYC the musical, BUT had no idea he had a TV/film career until this year yay for Mr Tveit's crossover appeal!!!

I first saw him in Les Mis and I was like "Is he one of the theater people or one of the movie people? He is a fucking amazing singer so my money is on theater" and then I was surprised to learn he was in stuff like Graceland or Gossip Girl

First saw him in the Broadway show "Next To Normal" and knew immediately he was so "fucking special" -lol. BTW - he was so very nice to my daughter at the stage door after the show.

It's always so interesting to hear where people know Aaron from. I knew of him as a Broadway actor and then first properly paid attention to him in Grease Live, so in my mind he's always a singer and a performer first. Sometimes it boggles my mind that people don't know Aaron is an exceptionally talented singer, especially since it's a big part of what he does. In fact, I've seen very few people say they know him from Graceland.

@emilyhacker22488 жыл бұрын
I agree. I was at the concert and took a couple videos. When I was recording, I made sure that I wasn't talking or singing in the background. I would sing along when I wasn't recording, but I wasn't singing very loudly especially because I knew he couldn't hear me and that other people around me wanted to hear him and not me.

I hate when people complain about other people having fun. They paid for their ticket, they're enjoying themselves. It wouldn't be the same energy with a completely silent crowd, in fact, the term "dead crowd" is not used for nothing. I understand that if you didn't get the chance to attend this live, or for some other reason couldn't come, you want to watch the videos. But they're not made for you, nobody here is trying to please you. You just have to make do with what other people record. Why should they limit themselves just because of you? And I feel your pain of not being able to come to these events. I live in the middle of Europe, literally not a single one of my favourite actors, singers, or other celebrities has ever been here. I live through these videos on the internet, wishing I'd live anywhere else. But I understand that these are live events, screaming and talking is to be expected.
