I use GNB 3000mAh 120C LiHV charged to standard voltage (ESC will not take high voltage). They fit the Terminator and XTS F10 and still take 3000mAh when charged to 12.6V. Great punch and lifespan

Can you please recommend a high discharge rate big MAH 3s pack which is the same dimensions as the stock battery mate?

@cyrusshellard3905 I would if I knew of one, pal. The higher discharge packs tend to have a bigger footprint, which is the challenge on this chassis. Honestly, the stock battery gets the car moving very fast, and provides a good run time. I'm very happy with them. 👍🏻

Good question! I don't know, to be honest. I suppose you could just plug one in and try. Thing is, you'd have to modify the battery tray to accommodate it, and even then it might not fit. Space is limited on this chassis.

That will narrow down the track width to accommodate a wider range of RC rally car bodies. 👍🏻

Absolutely! I ran mine in the wet and in wet dirt on several occasions. Hosed it off when done and air dried it, lubed up the bearings again and went back at it. 👍🏻

It’s good to go the way it is . Bigger batteries means heavier . Heck , I run a 4000mah 6s yowoo with a max6 1650kv for 20 minutes . I get about 15-20 with this rlaarlo battery on the CF Omni is probably a better RC for bashing imo . This one is a street ripper . Isn’t all kinds of debris getting in there out in the sticks and gravel ? Yep you just said in the vid about the heavier weight , lol . My dude 👍

Rlaarlo has a 190mm conversion kit on their website now with aluminum arms. Problem is, it nearly costs half the price of the roller. Looks like they realized that making the car so wide would discourage some buyers and made an expensive band aid for it...

Yup. It uses aluminum lower arms, and does away with the molded upper arms, in favor of a turnbuckle. I wonder if that introduces any slop into the system. Would love to see a review on that conversion kit.

There's an official kit to convert the width to 190mm - shorter A-arms, CVD's/dogbones, etc. But you will still have the problem with the high shock towers I guess.

Great video Fil, loving the energy! I've watched quite a few videos on this car over the weekend, and the hype is real!! I'm strictly a Tamiya and kyosho guy..... but I'm not guna lie, your definitely selling it mate!! Got me thinking about potential Group B bodies that may fit now! I can only get myself one car for Christmas, and I had my heart set on the Super Astute, but wondering if this may be a lot more fun! You and Gavin are a bad influence! 😂👍 👍

TT02 doesn't fit. You'd need to shorten the a-arms to get a good fit. Rlaarlo sells a kit.

please read ! the car may be great, but rlaarlo as a company is horrible, from communication, shipping and support they are a 5% in my opinion, I have bought 2 of there rcs and both orders took for ever to arrive, and were complete nightmares. I would not recommend buying a rlaarlo untill local hobby stores sell them.
