When i have school tests they take a week and i always lose track of time trying to study/revise for them but by the time i look at the clock its to late for a workout how can i balance school work and workouts?

Right trying to multitask is like driving you CANNOT text/call and drive at the same time because you can't focus on the road and you end up driving over the line too close to someone and nearly wreck or you actually wreck.
