There's a sweet spot when you apply a little throttle and apply light brake...once the brake holds throttle as much as you want

Nah...traction won't kick in..it takes some practice though...the exhaust is 🔥..I went with a Brannon King on my new Ryker but only cause RLS was out of stock lol

I dont own one, but I know its in between foward and reverse. Honestly it might just be out of gear when you put the shift lever inbetween it to get to neutral. I dont own one though, so I wouldn't know

Ended up taking a course on it to get my endorsement. Just like you said, in between forwards and reverse. You do want to go slow or you could miss it.
