I am replanted Scottie. I came to the U.S. as an orphan when I was 12 in 1958. I am like you. No matter where you are, where you are going the music stays with you. It's a part of you that never changes. I to remember this melody from The Quiet Man. I heard it before that and it has always been a deep heart felt anthem. Once a Celt. always a Celt. I was born in Durness, Scotland.

Strange how many people think of music differently than I. I fell in love with this song first from "The Quiet Man". Each time I hear it it brings tears to my eyes - no matter the artist. There are other pieces - and other performers - that do that for me. As far as I am concerned, each of these is as great and wonderful as the next. I don't ask of art and artists that they be the "best", only that they speak to my soul.
